People need to think beyond their own needs and desires

"I rescued this little fella this morning he was unable to walk due to having a fishing hook through he’s foot and fishing wire wrapped around his wing. Luckily John Potts the bird rescue man came and cut the cygnet free and administered painkillers and antibiotic. He was released back to his family.

Just wish fisherman were more careful and took unwanted/unneeded fishing equipment home to stop this happening.

"Yesterday morning I had one of my worst nightmares came true...my daughter had been hit by a car while out doin her paper round but to make things worse the driver of the car didn’t even stop and left the scene ... IT WAS A SILVER GOLF (old style) this was on dickens road tilgate I believe the people love around this area..it should have some damage to the front of the car somewhere nd a black guard missing!!she was help by some lovely people... after a trip to the hospital she has no broken bones lots of nasty cuts and bruised badly but I want to find the people responsible for this so please share so hopefully someone will have seen something"

Moonfest

I am currently trying to promote a charity event for St Catherine’s Hospice at The New Moon in Southgate Crawley. The event is called ‘Moonfest’ in the 27th of May, which will be a whole day event including stalls, games and food for the whole community.

Part of the day will be a ‘Battle of the Bands’ competition which will involve a cash prize and would be a great opportunity for local bands to promote themselves.

I am currently helping to gather bands and acts to take part but could use a little help.

I would like to ask if you could please share a post on your page to this effect;
