Selfish van driver

"Thought I'd share this selfish van driver that thinks parking in child bays is ok as well as driving round the carpark the wrong way"

    I 6weeks i'll be parking in a child bay. Perhaps he actually has a little one and has a car seat which clips on to the pram. As for driving the wrong way so do all the other morons so get off your high horse
