Two pics: Bad manners at the hospital

"Hello, can you please post with a photo of this number plate. The driver of the van damaged a young woman's car in the hospital whilst she was waiting for a space. Then verbally abused her for a further 5 minutes whilst she was waiting for my car parking space. He blocked the whole road, and blocked ambulances from getting in and out. An old, inconsiderate man. You can see his finger marks on the wing mirror."
