TWO PICTURES: Irresponsible dog owner

The Spotter says: "Spotted this moron letting his dog shit near the path around Dobbins pond next to Ifield Tescos on Sunday morning and he refused to clean up it up because 'it wasn't on the path so didn't matter'. He said I could report him to the council if I liked, but he suddenly got very shy when the camera came out and then very abusive when he was at a safe distance. Anyone know him? He was a northerner".
